Stephen Skill and a Biocoil water treatment plant
Dr Stephen Skill and part of a 'Biocoil' water treatment plant erected by him in Nottingham, UK, and photographed at dusk. It is a photobioreactor and uses Chlorella algae as a sewage treatment whereby the sewage acts as a nutrient for the algae, which in turn efficiently converts the sewage into algal clumps for easy removal. These can then be used as fuel for power conversion.
