Raised dots of Braille are now incorporated into most pharmaceutical packaging. The information given is usually restricted to the name and dosage of the drug, due to the amount of space on the cartons being limited. The drug here is simvastatin, a widely used cholesterol-controlling member of the statins class of pharmaceuticals.
